Strategic Onboarding Lead: Accelerate Customer Value

Zoom is seeking an Onboarding Manager to deliver world-class onboarding experiences that accelerate customer time-to-value across Meetings, Webinars, Rooms, and AI. You will own kickoff sessions, coordinate deployments with IT, support early adoption, manage stakeholders, and hand off to dedicated teams after baseline adoption.
In this hybrid role, you’ll develop scalable onboarding assets, run group webinars for SMB and mid-market, and partner with Digital Customer Success to automate journeys.
