Wilmington Animal Centrix provides free spay and neuter vouchers to pets in need, in 11 counties in southeastern North Carolina. Our state is recently ranked #2 in the country for euthanizing adoptable cats and dogs due to pet overpopulation. We are attempting to reduce those numbers in our area by fixing the pets of people who are unable to afford to get their pets fixed, but want to do the right thing for their pet and their community. If ending pet euthanasia is important to you and if you have a heart for helping people who are struggling to do the right thing, then this is a great opportunity to help both pets and their people.
We need help with designing event flyers as well as informational and promotional flyers to support our mission. The flyers will be used primarily on social media but should also be available in a print format. We have a logo and mission statement that is included on all our digital and print material. It is unlikely that more than one flyer will be requested a month on average. Our graphic designer would be working primarily with our Community Education and Resources Coordinator as well as our Public Relations Coordinator.
