Position Overview:
Our Accounting Manager client just called.Her A/P Specialist is resigning totrek through the Himalayas.Or maybeshe needsa collections specialist to help balance past due accounts.Whatever the need, your mission is to deliver exceptional service and team up with your recruiting partners to bring her the most qualified resource.As Business Development Manager:

You will develop new and existing client relationships to win projects andtalentsearches in the areas ofHR, Administration, Staff Accountants, Marketing, Customer Service, Office Support, and more.

You will work with experienced staffing recruiters to fulfill client needs, maintain awareness of available talent and marketable skill sets, while also keeping them informed on upcoming opportunities.

You will regularly make calls, attend client meetings,social events, and leverage your network to deepen ties with organizational leaders, hiring managers, and c-suite executives while serving as a consultative business partner.

Bachelor’s Degree desired.
