Responsibilities
- Teach part-time courses in the Fashion Design department, focusing on fashion as cultural messaging through production, craft, and contemporary aesthetics, while fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment.
- Leverage expertise in areas such as sustainability, non-western fashion perspectives, digital storytelling, or fashion technology, to engage students in critical and innovative approaches to fashion design.
Qualifications
- Historical and critical perspectives on contemporary fashion design
- Non-western perspectives on fashion design
- Sustainability, materials and circular design practices
- Digital storytelling, networked design, augmented/virtual reality and CLO3D
- Technology, culture and fashion media
Salary
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications, ranging from $1800 per contact hour.
