Production Technician

As a Production Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our fast-paced manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently. You'll operate and troubleshoot production equipment, perform equipment changeovers, and help ensure every product meets our quality standards. Schedule:
Shift A works Sunday - Tuesday (6:00AM

6:00PM) and Wednesdays (6AM

12PM).
Shift B works Sunday night - Tuesday night (6:00PM

6:00AM), and Wed (6PM

12AM Thur).
Shift C works Thursday - Saturday, (6:00AM

6:00PM) and Wed (12:00PM

6:00PM).
Shift D works Thursday - Saturday nights, (6:00PM

6:00AM), and Thur (12:00AM

6:00AM).
What You'll Do

Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform changeovers on automated production equipment to support daily production goals.
Perform quality inspections, complete production documentation, and ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
Assist with preventative maintenance activities while identifying and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Follow all GMP, food safety, safety, and standard operating procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to temporary team members while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or production experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and accurately complete production documentation.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
Preferred

Experience operating automated production, bottling, packaging, filling, or case packing equipment.
Experience in food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or alcohol beverage manufacturing.
Technical school, apprenticeship, or Associate degree in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or a related field is a plus.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climb throughout a 12-hour shift.
Ability to safely work around moving mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, humidity, and varying production conditions.
Regular, reliable on-site attendance and overtime as needed to support production schedules.

The hourly rate for this role is $18.95 per hour , with a

$2.00 per hour shift differential

available for eligible night shift positions.
