AVI-SPL is seeking a Business Development Director for the Global Strategic Account Program (GSAP) to lead a portfolio of high-potential accounts and drive strategic growth worldwide. The role partners with Account Managers, regional leadership, and SMEs to align resources and execute best practices across geographies.
The ideal candidate will coach and lead across a global matrix, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure disciplined account planning, reporting, and governance.
