Assist in managing the role-based email account and respond to incoming queries
Assist in updating overseas internship records in the database
Support Overseas Onboarding Procedures (OOP) including administering submission of checklist for approval
Collate feedbacks and gather inspiring stories to feature for future outreach
Assist with the administrative duties of the department, e.g. scheduling interviews, booking of meeting rooms, etc.
Assist in any other ad hoc task assigned
