VP Marketing: D2C Growth to $10M (Founder-Led)

Constant Hire is seeking a VP of Marketing to own the growth engine and take the business from $7M to $10M while building a marketing function that scales. You will report to the CEO, lead a four-person team, and drive customer acquisition and subscription growth with an in-house paid media setup.
You’ll be on-site in Lafayette, Indiana with a hybrid schedule and a founder-led environment that values care, craftsmanship, and fast fulfillment.
