Producer, Live Touring – Experiences
As the Producer, Live Touring, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing our Live Touring projects for the Experiences team, such as the KPop Demon Hunters Concert Tour, ensuring they are executed with creative excellence and within budget. This role will partner with global promoters, creative and production firms and cross‑functional partners across content, marketing, finance, and strategy to deliver impact and fandom at scale.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development, production and implementation of live touring experiences globally.
- Oversee all aspects of production such as design, build and installation, as well as budget and schedule requirements.
- Ensure creative excellence by managing creative vendors, external agencies, production vendors and contributors, integrating all deliverables into the project schedule.
- Facilitate reviews, fabrication vendor visits and field buy‑offs, working with the Creative team to provide reference materials during design or production kick‑offs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional leads to protect the creative connective thread to marketing, legal, IP stakeholders, operations, retail, food & beverage, and attraction production.
- Integrate our overall production strategy and culture into production “ways of working” with all partners.
- Make informed decisions on key production elements, including budget and schedule, keeping stakeholders informed and soliciting feedback.
- Establish regular meetings with key stakeholders to update on progress and solicit feedback.
- Write regular recap reports on key aspects of the production.
Requirements
- Demonstrated 10+ years of experience in the live touring industry, delivering large‑scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of the music landscape, touring concerts, venues, partners and promoters.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, thrive on details while keeping the bigger picture in sight, and lead both strategically and hands‑on.
- Willingness to travel to onsite locations as needed.
- Strong desire to think outside the box, innovate, and understand the technical aspects required to deliver spectacle.
- Ability to find creative solutions to problems, seeing multiple solutions to each challenge.
- Obsessed with building and optimizing pipelines and workflows that increase efficiency for the entire team.
- Ability to make difficult, well‑informed decisions in the best interest of Netflix.
- Strong desire to question the status quo.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and digitally.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with digital tools and Google Suite.
- Versatile knowledge of the live touring industry; a “Swiss army knife” of expertise.
- Global experience preferred.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; you choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. The range for this role is $205,000.00 – $343,000.00. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits, including health plans, mental health support, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, stock option program, disability programs, health savings and flexible spending accounts, family‑forming benefits, and life and serious injury benefits. Paid leave of absence programs and full‑time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off. Full‑time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
