Sr. Art Director

Our client is seeking a Sr. Art Director to join their dynamic team. As a Sr. Art Director, you will be an integral part of the creative department supporting innovative campaigns and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and a passion for visual storytelling, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

Conceptualize and design compelling omnichannel consumer communications, including traditional advertising, print, digital, and social media campaigns.
Ensure high-quality design recommendations and executions, maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.
Operate with autonomy by managing project assignments, meeting deadlines, and effectively applying feedback.
Present and defend your creative work confidently to internal teams and clients.
Collaborate seamlessly with Account Managers, Strategy teams, vendors, and other creative professionals to produce innovative solutions.
What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree with a focus on design or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma for both digital and print design.
Strong understanding of designing for traditional channels and digital platforms, including social media, ecommerce, and digital advertising.
Excellent typography skills and motion design experience, including After Effects and animated GIFs; additional After Effects expertise is a plus.
