Local Marketing Manager

Position Summary

This is a unique, hybrid role designed to help, Jake, the local Chick-fil-A owner create capacity while growing the restaurant's impact in the community.
As the Executive Assistant, you'll work directly alongside the Owner/Operator to help launch the new Chick-fil-A coming to Stillwater, MN. From grand opening through the restaurant's first year, you'll play a key role in helping execute marketing initiatives, build community relationships, coordinate special projects, and capitalize on the excitement and momentum that comes with opening a brand-new restaurant.
No two days are the same, and the role will continue to evolve as new opportunities arise. If you enjoy variety, love bringing ideas to life, and find satisfaction in helping others succeed behind the scenes, you'll play an important role in helping both our business and family thrive.
Areas of Responsibility

Marketing & Community Engagement

Coordinate local marketing initiatives and community events.
Help grow relationships with schools, churches, nonprofits, and local organizations.
Execute creative ways to serve the community and grow awareness of the restaurant.
Projects & Execution

Coordinate grand opening initiatives and special projects.
Help move ideas from planning to execution.
Support miscellaneous business priorities as they arise.
Family Support

Childcare as needed.
Household errands, scheduling, and organization.
Miscellaneous tasks that create capacity for the Owner/Operator and family.
