Call for Artists: Adams County Fairgrounds Gateway Mural

Adams County Fairgrounds at Riverdale Regional Park – Brighton, CO
Adams County is seeking a Colorado artist or artist team to design and install a large-scale gateway mural at the Adams County Fairgrounds. This highly visible public art commission will span approximately 3,000 square feet across the exterior of the Al Lesser Building and welcome more than one million visitors each year. Inspired by a contemporary Western aesthetic, the selected artist will engage the community to create a mural that reflects the history, culture, and future of the Fairgrounds. Finalists will receive a $750 honorarium to develop project proposals.
