What You’ll Do

Website Content: draft, update, and audit web copy; pull basic traffic and engagement reports

Social Media: create and schedule posts across LinkedIn and other channels in Hootsuite; track performance metrics

Content Creation: write blog posts, help develop whitepapers, reports, cut sheets, and other marketing assets

Sales Enablement: support the development of presentation decks, one-pagers, and other materials that help our sales team tell a stronger story

Email Marketing: assist with campaign drafts, list formatting, and performance tracking

Graphic Design: create and adapt visual assets in Canva or Adobe CC for content and event-related needs

Email Signatures: help maintain and update branded signature templates across the team

Jump in wherever your skills shine: from proofreading to research to asset organization

What You’ll Bring

Pursuing a bachelor\'s in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, or similar (Junior+ preferred)

Strong writing skills with an eye for clarity, tone, and brand consistency

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Comfortable with or eager to learn tools like Hootsuite, Canva, HubSpot, or similar platforms

Able to commute to our Indy HQ 1-2× per week during the semester

Bonus points for Adobe CC, email platform experience, or a portfolio of writing samples
