Do you have an eye for detail, a passion for design, and enjoy seeing your artwork come to life on real products? At Hit Promotional Products, we're looking for a talented Production Artist

to join our fast-paced Production team. In this role, you'll transform customer artwork into production-ready files that ensure every promotional product meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

What You'll Do

Prepare, edit, and optimize artwork for production across a variety of promotional products.
Complete prepress setup, layout, sizing, color matching, color separation, and artwork touch-ups.
Review artwork files for accuracy, print quality, and customer specifications before production.
Work closely with Production and other departments to ensure artwork is production-ready and deadlines are met.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Ensure all artwork meets Hit's quality standards before moving into production.
What We're Looking For

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

is required.
Experience with prepress artwork preparation and production file setup.
Knowledge of silk screening, pad printing, heat transfer, or four-color process printing is a strong plus.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work overtime when business needs require.
Physical Requirements

Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working at a computer workstation.
Occasional walking on the production floor to review finished imprints and collaborate with production staff.
