We are seeking a

Creative Designer / Instructional Designer for one of the top hospitals in Philadelphia!

The Creative Designer / Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and developing visually engaging learning materials that support employee training initiatives. This role is heavily focused on graphic design, layout development, and learning experience creation, with training content provided by subject matter experts.

The ideal candidate will be able to transform complex healthcare and healthcare finance concepts into learner-friendly materials while applying adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

Creative Designer Job Description:

Design visually compelling training and learning assets
Develop presentation materials, participant manuals, facilitator guides, resource libraries, and learning collateral
Create curricula, pre-work, post-training materials, case studies, instructor-led training content, and e-learning modules
Partner with subject matter experts to convert content into polished learner-ready deliverables
Ensure consistency in branding, design, and instructional quality across materials
Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences
Support learning initiatives through innovative visual storytelling and design
Creative Designer Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required
Experience in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
Strong Graphic Design and Visual Design skills
Experience creating professional presentations and learning materials
Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
Experience developing instructor-led training and e-learning content
Strong document layout and design abilities
Familiarity with healthcare and/or healthcare finance terminology
Portfolio showcasing relevant instructional design and visual design work
Ability to work independently and create learner-ready materials with minimal oversight Preferred Qualifications:
Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
Workday Learning experience
Experience supporting healthcare organizations
Instructor-led training experience
Learning Experience Design (LXD) background
