About the Role
Demidchik Law Firm is seeking a bilingual English/Chinese Marketing Specialist to join our Newport Beach office. This role is focused on helping the firm grow its visibility, client acquisition, and marketing presence, especially among Chinese-speaking audiences.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Chinese, understands digital and local marketing, communicates professionally, and can help create campaigns that generate qualified leads for the firm. This is a strong fit for someone who is organized, creative, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-moving law firm environment.

Law firm experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with experience in marketing, client acquisition, community outreach, social media, content, advertising, or professional services will also be considered.

Responsibilities
Support and execute marketing campaigns for the firm
Create, coordinate, and manage English and Chinese-language marketing content
Help grow the firm’s visibility among Chinese-speaking potential clients
Assist with social media, digital marketing, local outreach, and community marketing
Coordinate with vendors, advertisers, designers, content creators, and internal team members
Help develop marketing materials, landing pages, ads, newsletters, and client-facing content
Track campaign performance, leads, and marketing results
Work closely with intake and legal teams to understand lead quality and client conversion
Identify new marketing channels, referral sources, and community opportunities
Maintain a professional and brand-consistent voice across marketing materials

Qualifications
Full professional fluency in English and Chinese required
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
Prior marketing, advertising, social media, client acquisition, or outreach experience preferred
Law firm or professional services experience preferred
Comfortable working with digital platforms, social media, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and marketing tools
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and move projects forward
Commercial mindset and interest in measurable lead generation
Must be able to work in person at the Newport Beach office

Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing to Chinese-speaking audiences
Mandarin fluency strongly preferred
Cantonese or other Chinese dialects a plus
Law firm marketing experience
Experience with WeChat, Xiaohongshu/RedNote, Google Ads, Meta, SEO, landing pages, newsletters, or CRM campaigns
Experience working with intake teams or sales/client conversion funnels
Experience managing vendors or external marketing partners
Ability to translate or adapt marketing content between English and Chinese

Compensation
Compensation is expected to range from

$75,000-$150,000 , depending on experience, language ability, marketing skill set, and ability to help generate qualified leads.

Higher compensation may be available for candidates who can independently own marketing channels, produce measurable results, and help drive client acquisition.
