Job Title
Graphic Designer Remote
Job Description
We're looking for a mid-level graphic designer to support our client's team on a contract basis. This role focuses primarily on presentation and visual design — taking rough or underdeveloped materials and translating them into polished, design-ready deliverables utilizing existing Brand guidelines. You'll work on visual assets that support executive communications, product launches, and internal or social content, helping turn complex ideas into clear, well-crafted visuals. You'll collaborate with senior creatives and producers who will provide direction and feedback along the way. A strong design foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to bring clarity and polish to rough content are essential.
What You'll Work On
Executive & Internal Communications Design graphics supporting executive presentations, internal employee-facing event materials, and leadership communications
Create slide designs, video graphics cards, and visual layouts that align with Brand guidelines
Assist with the production of in-person and virtual event assets including informational signage, digital displays, and print materials
Product Launches Produce thoughtful static and simple animated graphic assets to support larger company-wide product and campaign launches
Adapt approved design concepts into multiple formats and sizes for various use cases
Support senior designers and producers with asset preparation and file organization
Social Media Content Design social graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, or ServiceNow internal channels and other platforms using established templates
Resize and reformat existing assets to meet platform-specific specs
Maintain visual consistency across a range of content types and channels
What We're Looking For Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of design experience, including internships, coursework projects, or freelance work
High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Proficiency in working with PowerPoint and Keynote files
Experience with motion graphics is a plus
A portfolio that demonstrates solid design fundamentals — layout, typography, color, and hierarchy
Ability to work within existing brand systems and style guides rather than designing from scratch
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering clean, production-ready files
Receptive to feedback and able to incorporate revisions quickly and without friction
Basic understanding of digital file formats and export specs (RGB vs CMYK, resolution, aspect ratios)
Nice to Have Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD Exposure to motion graphics or basic After Effects Experience designing for corporate, tech, or enterprise environments
