Swiss German Voice Actor for CX AI Voice Cloning

Role Overview

Provide high-quality Swiss German voice recordings to train and evaluate a next-generation text-to-speech system for an internal customer experience AI agent. This opportunity is focused on delivering consistent, expressive, and clean audio across varied scripts, suitable for voice acting, narration, and broadcast professionals.
Key Responsibilities

Record clear, natural, and expressive speech across diverse scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional material
Maintain consistent voice, accent, and delivery throughout multiple recording sessions
Follow explicit recording guidelines for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting
Perform multiple takes when requested, providing variations in emotion, emphasis, and style
Deliver precise script reading while preserving a natural performance
Qualifications

Native Swiss German speaker, currently based in Switzerland
Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting
Strong control of intonation, diction, pacing, and emotional range
Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, for example a good quality microphone, quiet recording space, and pop filter
Ability to follow direction and maintain consistent takes over time
Preferred Qualifications

Experience recording for TTS systems, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets
Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper
Capability to produce multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm
Work Terms

Remote engagement, candidate must be based in Switzerland
Hourly engagement
Reliable availability of 5 to 10 hours per week for the project duration
Compensation

Pay range: 50 to 150 hourly
Eligibility and Use of Recordings

Recordings will be used exclusively to develop and evaluate the clients internal CX AI agent, they will not be sold, licensed, or reused for other products, datasets, or purposes
Your recorded voice may be cloned for use within that internal CX AI agent, please apply only if you consent to voice cloning for this single use case
