KSBW 8 NBC / Central Coast ABC / Estrella TV Costa Central, part of Hearst Television, seeks a Master Control Operator / Newscast Director for a hybrid schedule in Salinas, CA. This role focuses on master control operations while developing directing skills for live newscasts.
You will monitor streams, manage automation playlists, and troubleshoot to ensure FCC compliance and smooth broadcasts. Training is provided, with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
