Lucky Strike Entertainment in Orange County, CA is seeking a Reservations Specialist to convert inbound inquiries into booked events for groups up to 12. You will be the first voice guests hear when planning celebrations, guiding them through packages and experiences for birthday parties and small groups.
You will manage leads by phone, email, and online channels, follow up on bookings, and maintain a smooth guest experience from first contact to event day.
