Patient Account Specialist (Hybrid/Remote Options)

MedQuest Imaging is seeking a PAS Associate in Alpharetta, GA to handle patient statements and inbound calls. You will research insurance issues, collect balances, and coordinate transitions to a collection vendor while preparing write-offs as needed.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a medical setting with basic terminology understanding. Hybrid/remote options may be available depending on role.
