We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to help strengthen our brands through strategic campaigns, engaging content, restaurant promotions, events, partnerships, and community engagement. Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator turns business priorities into organized, accurate, and measurable marketing campaigns. This position coordinates social media, content production, restaurant promotions, events, sponsorships, partnerships, and location-level execution while keeping the Brand Manager informed of progress, risks, and results. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with restaurant managers, the Brand Design Manager, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, social media specialists, influencers, community partners, vendors, and event staff.

Primary Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution, maintain the annual marketing calendar, weekly content calendar, campaign tracker, and approval schedule. Plan and coordinate campaigns from initial concept through launch, restaurant execution, measurement, and final reporting.

Create complete campaign briefs that include the objective, target audience, messaging, offer, participating locations, formats, quantities, budget, deadlines, and success measures.

Coordinate seasonal promotions, menu launches, restaurant activations, grand openings, and community initiatives. Assign each project a clear owner, deliverable, deadline, approval status, and success measure. Coordinate content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other approved platforms. Coordinate weekly content creation across restaurant locations.

Capture photo and video content using a smartphone or camera when needed.

Events, Partners, and Community Marketing:
Organize events, sponsorships, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community activations.

Coordinate participating locations, staff, partners, vendors, promotional offers, marketing materials, and event content. Support restaurant openings, special events, community outreach initiatives, and local store marketing programs. Coordinate with influencers and community partners regarding deliverables, deadlines, attendance, and campaign expectations. Track attendance, engagement, coupon distribution and redemption, partnership outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.

Restaurant Communication and Execution:

Prepare restaurant protocols, manager instructions, employee talking points, and promotion-launch communications.

Communicate campaign requirements, deadlines, and promotional details to restaurant managers.

Confirm that participating restaurants receive the correct signage, materials, offers, and instructions.

Visit restaurant locations to verify campaign execution, signage placement, and promotional readiness.

Test promotional discounts, coupon codes, or Toast buttons when applicable.

Resolve routine location-level marketing issues and communicate operational risks to the Brand Manager.

Provide written recaps following important decisions, meetings, or campaign changes.

Digital and Guest Marketing

Coordinate website updates, promotional messaging, menu changes, and location information.

Maintain accurate Google Business Profile information for restaurant locations.

Assist with email and SMS marketing campaigns.

Monitor online reviews and communicate relevant guest feedback to the Brand Manager and restaurant operations.

Support digital marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, guest traffic, engagement, and customer retention.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Track campaign performance, social media reach, engagement, follower growth, customer feedback, coupon redemptions, event results, and return on investment.

Submit weekly priorities and performance updates to the Brand Manager.

Prepare monthly marketing reports for leadership.

Report completed work, measurable results, active campaign status, upcoming launches, restaurant needs, and project risks.

Document campaign outcomes, challenges, lessons learned, and recommended improvements.

Maintain accurate calendars, trackers, approvals, budgets, deadlines, and communication records.

Identify decisions or approvals required from the Brand Manager or Executive Team.

Team and Project Coordination:

Community managers and social media specialists

Photographers and videographers

Influencers and community partners

Marketing event and activation staff

Restaurant managers involved in campaign execution

Marketing-related vendors and outside partners

The Marketing Coordinator may:
Establish campaign schedules and daily marketing priorities within approved business direction.

Assign work to content contributors, photographers, videographers, influencers, and event staff.

Approve routine captions, content scheduling, and internal campaign instructions after verifying accuracy.

Performance Expectations:

Campaigns being accurate, approved, and launched on schedule.

Improvement in social media reach, engagement, follower growth, and response quality.

Measurable results from promotions, events, partnerships, coupons, and content.

Restaurant managers receiving complete and timely instructions.

Projects, reports, and follow-up actions being completed by their deadlines.

Marketing risks and delays being identified and communicated early.Accurate and consistent brand representation across Limón, Brasa Bros, and Lagarta.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, graphic design, or a related field preferred.

At least two years of marketing, campaign coordination, social media, or related experience.

Experience managing social media platforms for a business.

Restaurant, hospitality, multi-location, or consumer-brand marketing experience strongly preferred.

Strong written, verbal, proofreading, and presentation skills.

Excellent organizational, project-management, and follow-up abilities.

Strong attention to detail when reviewing prices, dates, locations, offers, links, and promotional terms.

Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, locations, contributors, and deadlines.

Comfortable capturing high-quality photo and video content using a smartphone or camera.

Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and project-management tools.

Ability to work independently while keeping the Brand Manager informed.

Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between Bay Area restaurant locations.
