For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Field Marketing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 - $301,000 annually

Responsibilities

Lead the field marketing strategy for the company's East Region

Collaborate with regional Sales leaders to develop targeted marketing plans

Design and implement events, executive experiences, and account-based initiatives

Assess program performance using metrics such as pipeline and ROI

Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success teams

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B field marketing experience in a SaaS company

Proven track record in owning a regional marketing strategy for pipeline and revenue growth

Experience working directly with Sales leadership to create integrated marketing plans

Strong project management capabilities across multiple campaigns

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools like Marketo and Salesforce

Willingness to travel 25-35% for regional events

Hybrid working ability from the NYC office (2-3 days/week)
