We are a locally owned, family-run CertaPro Painters franchise seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to coordinate residential painting projects from sale through completion and payment.
This is a hands-on operations role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping projects running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Communicate with homeowners throughout their project
Schedule jobs and coordinate timelines with crews
Finalize job packets and ensure all details are accurate
Manage handoffs from sales to production
Order paint and materials
Track daily job progress and provide updates
Perform job costing and track project performance
Prepare invoices and collect payments
Maintain accurate records in company systems
