Production Associate
Midway Staffing is hiring motivated Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Reno, NV. This role offers hands-on work building advanced electromechanical products in a clean, organized, and team-oriented environment. Friday, 8:30 AM

5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Duties / Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components using tools, work instructions, and diagrams
Perform production tasks to meet daily schedules and output goals
Follow all safety and quality standards to ensure product accuracy and consistency
Handle materials including receiving, staging, and moving components as needed
Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
Complete production documentation and track progress accurately
Identify and report defects or issues to maintain high-quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors on production status
Requirements / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly environments is a plus
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Ability to read and follow written instructions and assembly drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to wear PPE and follow all safety guidelines
