Slate Strategist

The Slate Strategist performs key tasks that include query development, report building, portal configuration, data integration, data management, and performance analysis. Assists Indiana University (IU) with managing and optimizing of the Technolutions Slate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for higher education enrollment, focusing on data management, daily operations, queries, and portal support. Helps ensure technical efficiency and provides strategic guidance to IU on data-driven recruitment and engagement. Customizes and maintains Slate features like portals, queries, reports. Serves as a contact, explaining technical builds, providing strategic insights, and setting expectations. Develops complex queries, builds reports, analyzes campaign performance, and identifies trends. Handles data integration, builds forms, configures templates, and troubleshoots technical issues. Advises clients on data structure, industry trends, and enrollment strategy for maximum impact. Works with project teams to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications EDUCATION Required High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED) SKILLS Required Proficient communication skills
Working Conditions / Demands This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus.
