Business Development Leader - Healthcare Packaging

Role:

Business Development Manager III, responsible for driving growth in healthcare packaging, specifically thermoformed trays across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business prospects and engage decision-makers to generate opportunities.

Lead negotiations and close new deals to expand market presence.

Foster and develop strategic partnerships to support growth initiatives.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations teams to bring opportunities to fruition, from onboarding through execution.

Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to Mexico for client meetings and business development activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong business development and sales skills in healthcare packaging or related fields.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Willingness to travel as needed.
