TRUEWERK is seeking an ambitious

Paid Media Specialist

to help scale our growing paid media program. This is a hands‑on role at the center of how our campaigns come to life: you'll keep creative production on track, package and deliver assets to our agency partners, and own the day‑to‑day execution of our affiliate channel. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in performance and affiliate marketing who is eager to grow into a well‑rounded performance marketer.
You’ll thrive in this role if you're highly organized, detail‑oriented, and energized by balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Our ideal candidate is analytical, goal‑driven, and enjoys using data to solve problems, optimize performance, and deliver results. If you're looking for an opportunity to take on increasing ownership, expand your performance marketing expertise, and grow alongside a rapidly scaling brand, we'd love to hear from you.
This position reports to the Vice President of Media and partners closely with our internal marketing team, advertising and affiliate agencies, and cross‑functional stakeholders across TRUEWERK.
Role & Responsibilities

Media Project Management (core focus)

Coordinate end-to-end creative production, partnering with our creative team and agencies to track deliverables, maintain timelines, and ensure creative requirements are met for each channel.
Collect, package, and traffic creative assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms, ensuring agency partners receive everything needed for successful campaign launches.
Manage the creative intake and briefing process.
Own the day-to-day execution of the affiliate channel in partnership with our external agency.
Draft compelling product and promotional briefs that drive partner engagement and posts.
Keep a steady pipeline of content flowing to partners – whether self-authored or sourced from the creative team – and manage the sampling program, coordinating product seeding and follow‑up.
Support the Senior Paid Marketing Manager with channel budgets, forecasting, and special campaigns.
Develop creative briefs for paid ads, promotional collateral, and new‑channel assets.
Explore, evaluate, and help expand new channels and tactics (such as Reddit, TikTok, and others) to improve paid media performance.
Build feedback loops around campaign performance, helping identify what drives creative success so future briefs become even stronger.
Measurement & Collaboration

Partner with the CRM team to onboard and evaluate new first‑party audiences and share performance insights.
Work with Site Operations to implement, maintain, and audit tracking (UTMs, pixels), ensuring on‑site measurement remains accurate.
Qualifications

Must Have

3+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in hands‑on digital/performance marketing.
Direct experience with affiliate or influencer/partnership marketing, including drafting briefs, managing partners, and coordinating with agency partners.
Demonstrated project coordination experience managing multiple deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Hands‑on experience managing campaigns in one or more paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, or TikTok).
Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, sorting/filtering, and basic reporting.
Preferred

Experience working for a high‑growth consumer goods company.
Experience working at a marketing or affiliate agency.
Experience owning a marketing channel with accountability for performance goals and results.
Working knowledge of affiliate and paid media platforms (Impact, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads Manager).
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
Familiarity with creative collaboration platforms such as Figma.
Bonus

Experience in apparel, outdoor, footwear, or another consumer goods brand in a Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) environment.
Familiarity with ad tracking pixels and measurement tools.
