Inside Account Manager: SMB Growth & Retention

Syringa Networks, LLC is seeking an Inside Account Manager (IAM) for the SMB Direct Sales lane to drive engagements with small businesses. The IAM will manage inbound and marketing-generated leads, qualify opportunities, and advance them through the sales funnel while ensuring accuracy in CRM & ERP systems.
Reporting to the Sales Desk Manager, you will drive retention and growth, perform annual reviews with priority accounts, and coordinate with CX to resolve issues within 48 hours.
