Job OverviewThe Marketing Manager leads and executes property-level marketing initiatives that drive revenue, increase brand awareness, and enhance the guest experience. This role oversees digital marketing, social media, advertising, public relations, and on-property promotions while ensuring all marketing efforts align with the hotel's goals and the standards and strategic direction of OTH Hotels Resorts. Success is measured through campaign performance, guest engagement, brand visibility, and support of the property's overall business objectives.This role requires creativity, strong organization, and a hands-on approach to managing multiple campaigns and priorities. Success is measured through brand awareness, demand generation, digital engagement, campaign performance, online reputation, and the marketing support provided to drive revenue across the property.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelops and executes the property's annual marketing plan in support of revenue, occupancy, and brand goals.Manages the hotel's digital presence, including website content, social media channels, email marketing, and online listings.Creates and coordinates on-property collateral, signage, in-room materials, and promotional assets that reflect brand standards.Partners with the sales and revenue management teams to promote need periods, packages, and special offers.Plans and promotes property events, seasonal campaigns, and food and beverage promotions.Monitors and manages the property's online reputation, responding to guest reviews and coordinating responses with property leadership.Ensures all marketing materials adhere to OTH Hotels Resorts and applicable franchise brand standards.Manages relationships with external vendors, agencies, photographers, and media partners.Tracks the marketing budget and measures the return on marketing initiatives.Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.Brand, Digital & Social Media MarketingDevelops and maintains a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all property marketing channels.Manages day-to-day social media content, community engagement, and channel growth across platforms.Oversees the property website, ensuring content, imagery, and offers are current and optimized for search.Plans and executes email marketing campaigns to drive direct bookings and guest loyalty.Coordinates paid digital advertising and works with agencies or brand teams to maximize campaign performance.Monitors digital analytics and channel performance to inform future marketing decisions.Promotions, Events & Sales SupportPartners with the sales team to market need periods, group opportunities, and special promotions.Develops promotional packages and campaigns for rooms, food and beverage, spa, and other outlets.Plans, promotes, and supports on-property events, activations, and seasonal programming.Provides marketing collateral and creative support for sales presentations and site visits.Collaborates with Revenue Management and Operations teams to align marketing with business objectives.Community Partnerships & Public RelationsBuilds and maintains relationships with local businesses, tourism partners, media outlets, and community organizations.Represents OTH Hotels Resorts and the property in a professional and positive manner within the community.Coordinates public relations efforts, media outreach, and local partnership opportunities to increase visibility.Supports community initiatives and sponsorships that strengthen the property's local presence and reputation.Reporting & Market IntelligenceProvides regular reporting to property leadership on campaign performance, digital engagement, and marketing activity.Shares market insights, competitive activity, and emerging trends with the property team.Tracks marketing spend, campaign results, and contribution to revenue and demand generation.Identifies opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and support the property's commercial goals.Education: Four-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Business (or related) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience required, preferably within hotels, hospitality, or a related service industry. Experience managing digital marketing, social media, and brand campaigns required. Familiarity with hotel operations and revenue-driving marketing initiatives preferred.Skills and Abilities:Strong writing, editing, and creative content development skills.Hands-on experience managing social media, email marketing, and website content.Working knowledge of digital advertising, SEO, and online reputation management.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Strong eye for design and brand consistency; experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into action.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing platforms, content management systems, and hospitality systems preferred.Hospitality-focused mindset with a passion for storytelling, brand-building, and guest engagement.Travel required: Primarily an on-property role. Occasional travel may be required for brand training, industry events, or off-site meetings.Physical requirements: Ability to move throughout the hotel property and event venues, stand/walk for extended periods during events and site visits, work at a computer for extended periods, and lift/carry light materials as needed.Compensation Disclosure: The posted pay range reflects the actual compensation for this position and is provided in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
