Technical Writer

Duties include: write operational manuals, policies, procedures, & training guides; produce standardized documentation for staffing needs; create LMS training materials & user guides; document IT infrastructure & internal tools; produce business continuity documentation; write structured service descriptions for contracts; translate operational processes into formal documentation; design documentation frameworks & templates; maintain version-controlled documentation repositories; coordinate technical writing projects; confer with clients to determine needs; and review details of technical writings or specifications.BA in Technical Communication, Linguistics, or related. 2 yrs of experience on the job.
