Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

to support company growth through marketing initiatives, customer engagement, sales support, and market research. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple business functions and the opportunity to work directly with leadership, customers, and strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Support

Assist with social media planning, content creation, and engagement.
Create marketing materials, graphics, presentations, and promotional content.
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Support branding and promotional initiatives.
Respond to customer inquiries and quote requests.
Process orders and maintain CRM records.
Follow up on sales opportunities and customer accounts.
Support onboarding of new commercial customers.
Business Development

Research new markets, customers, and sales opportunities.
Identify opportunities within commercial, retail, online, and government sectors.
Assist with sales presentations, market research, and growth initiatives.
Support lead generation and prospecting efforts.
Trade Shows & Events

Help coordinate trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and lead tracking.
Support post-event follow-up activities.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Experience with social media platforms and Microsoft Office.
CRM experience is a plus.
