Remote Agent Engagement Programs Lead

Blue Cross NC is seeking an Agent Engagement Strategy Program Manager to lead rewards and incentives programs for top agents. You will manage small programs or a phase of a larger program, including needs analysis, administration, data analysis and vendor coordination.
This role requires residence in North Carolina with up to 30% travel within NC; a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience are typical, PMP certification is preferred.
