Position Overview

Support the Apparel team with category management, licensing initiatives, business planning, and product execution. This entry-level role provides exposure to cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product Development, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Support apparel category initiatives, revenue planning, and execution.

Assist with forecasts, budgets, reporting, and data analysis.

Coordinate licensing agreements, contracts, and internal processes.

Track product launches, performance, and market updates.

Support marketing initiatives, presentations, and internal communications.

Maintain product samples, files, systems, and team resources.

Research industry trends, potential partners, and new business opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects from concept through launch.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of Excel experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Licensing, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or knowledge of licensing, consumer products, or apparel industries.

Understanding of financial forecasting, budgets, and project management.

Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
