To support a leading global apparel organization, the remote Talent Acquisition Manager will manage full-cycle recruiting for fashion design, technical design, and apparel roles, ensuring alignment with business needs and building strong candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate, creative, product, and commercial roles
Partner with business leaders and HR to align talent strategies with workforce needs
Develop proactive pipelines for priority functions across design, product, merchandising, planning, and creative

Required Qualifications

5-8+ years of talent acquisition or corporate recruiting experience
Significant experience recruiting within fashion, apparel, retail, or product-creation environments
Demonstrated success hiring for design, technical design, product development, merchandising, planning, or creative disciplines
Experience supporting multi-brand, matrixed, or global organizations
Strong communication and data-driven mindset
