Quality Grader Lead Fresh Produce Line

Alsum Farms & Produce, Inc. is seeking a Quality Grader Line Lead to oversee the daily grading line operations and supervise grading personnel. The role focuses on scheduling, training, and upholding our high quality standards.
You will train new Quality Graders, supervise bin setups, and report quality issues to management while maintaining sanitation and productivity throughout each shift.
