Talent Lead

To support aggressive growth goals, the full-time Talent Lead will manage recruiting efforts for both technical and non-technical roles, partner with external recruiters, and optimize hiring processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:

Source candidates from diverse networks and industries to meet hiring goals
Screen and convert candidates efficiently, ensuring a personalized experience throughout the hiring process
Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and evaluate new agencies to enhance recruitment efforts

Required qualifications:

1+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a fast-growing startup environment
Demonstrated high ownership and ability to manage multiple hiring threads simultaneously
Meticulous attention to detail in tracking candidates and timelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective candidate engagement
Data-driven mindset for proposing improvements to hiring processes
