Leading proposal writing responsibilities for assigned projects, the full-time remote Senior Proposal Writer will develop robust proposals, manage the proposal development process, and participate in project strategy discussions.
Key responsibilities
Develop and present proposals using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other formats
Coordinate with Account Directors and SMEs to manage the proposal development process effectively
Proofread, edit, and revise documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy
Required qualifications
Minimum two years' experience in CRO/pharmaceutical business development or as a Proposal Associate - Writing
Bachelor's degree; master's or PhD preferred in Life Sciences, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
Experience drafting RFIs in a CRO or pharma/biotech outsourcing environment preferred
Knowledge of the CRO/pharmaceutical industry and project management requirements
Strong customer relationship management skills and commercial acumen
