Head of Specialty Brand & Services Initiatives

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Manager, Specialty Brand & Services Initiatives to lead day-to-day operations of services, boutiques and luxury brands, driving in-store experiences across Lancôme, Clinique, MAC and more.
You will partner with field and corporate teams to improve processes, write SOPs, develop staffing strategies, and guide cross-functional projects to boost sales and profitability while maintaining a premier guest experience. Travel up to 50%.
