Director of Tech & Program Leadership

The Hertz Corporation seeks a Director Technology, Program Management to lead cross-functional program teams within the Technology + Product PMO. You will enforce standards, guide project portfolios, and drive governance to ensure initiatives stay on schedule and within scope.
You will lead executive communications, foster stakeholder alignment, and develop dashboards, templates, and KPIs aligned with PMI guidelines and the company delivery framework.
