Ramp is hiring a strategic, data‑driven leader to scale its Commercial CSM organization. You will own activation strategy for 0–150 employee customers, guiding a team of 6–8 CSMs in a high‑volume motion across Card, Bill Pay, Treasury, Travel, and Procurement while delivering an outstanding client experience.
You will coach teams, diagnose bottlenecks with data, and partner with Sales, Product, Growth, Data, and FinOps to unblock activation.
