The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President of Design for Dresses to lead the creative development of seasonal collections that embody the brand's aesthetic. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire design process, from concept to production, ensuring that the collections are not only innovative and creative but also commercially successful. This role demands a strategic design leader with a strong background in women's dresses, exceptional trend forecasting abilities, and a proven track record in developing cohesive collections that meet various objectives. The Vice President will be expected to lead a team, conduct extensive market research, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain design integrity throughout the product lifecycle.

Applicants for the Vice President of Design, Dresses position at the company should be passionate about contemporary women's fashion and luxury dress design. The role requires a collaborative leader who can inspire teams, build strong partnerships, and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field is preferred, along with over 10 years of apparel design experience, particularly in the luxury or contemporary fashion sector.
