Make yourself at home with us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)The Director of Marketing, Digital Strategy will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. This role will enable strategies to drive member retention, acquisition and communication preference management. The candidate will play a critical role in driving digital adoption strategies for C&S members. In addition, will be responsible for managing, guiding and training digital marketers and other marketing positions on the team. This position will work closely with the regional marketing teams, member experience team and digital tech teams to shape the C&S member experience while playing a pivotal role in delivering digital-first campaigns to accomplish business goals. The role will be tasked with analyzing user experience data, initiating digital projects, reporting on planned and current strategies, and ensuring that projects are executed within budget. The candidate will lead the delivery of digital marketing KPIs and monitor team progress, ensuring digital marketing campaign and organizational objectives are met and ensuring that marketing initiatives/campaigns adhere toapplicable processes/procedures/requirements (e.g., spending limits, review/approval processes, branding/state contractual requirements). Informing and driving evolution of digital content strategy offerings and standardized ways of working is also critical to the role. This position requires an engaging self-starter with an understanding of marketing technology, a passion for the customer and data, and the ability to execute in a dynamic environment.
