Short Form Post Production Editor
to join our team.
This role is for someone who understands what makes content perform—not just how to cut clips. You'll work directly with our marketing team to transform podcast episodes, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage into engaging short-form content that reaches millions of viewers.

Responsibilities
Edit high-volume short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Identify high-impact moments from podcasts, interviews, and long-form content
Add captions, graphics, motion elements, and sound design to maximize engagement
Optimize pacing, hooks, and storytelling for audience retention
Stay current on platform trends, editing styles, and viral formats
Organize project files and maintain an efficient post-production workflow
Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy and creative direction
Qualifications
5+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio of short-form content.
You’re not just willing... You want to put in 70+ hours a week because you care deeply about building something great, moving fast, and making your mark.
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and Photoshop are a plus).
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn video best practices.
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and retention editing to maximize watch time.
Experience creating engaging captions, motion graphics, and animated text.
Ability to identify viral moments and transform long-form content into high-performing clips.
Familiarity with platform trends, hooks, thumbnails, and audience behavior.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
Bonus: Experience editing founder, creator, or podcast content that has generated significant organic reach.
Willing to complete a paid editing exercise during the interview process
