This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented design professional to contribute to the production of high-quality custom apparel artwork in a fully remote environment. You will play a key role in reviewing, refining, and preparing production-ready designs that meet customer expectations and printing standards. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will help ensure every order is accurate, consistent, and ready for production while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced workflow. The role offers continuous learning, technical mentorship, and exposure to modern design tools, making it an ideal opportunity for both early-career professionals and experienced production artists looking to grow their expertise.
Accountabilities

Review mock-ups and production artwork to ensure designs accurately reflect customer requests and meet production specifications.
Verify artwork against order details, production requirements, and quality standards before files are released for printing.
Identify and resolve artwork issues related to sizing, placement, spelling, print feasibility, consistency, and production readiness.
Revise artwork as needed and prepare clean, print-ready production files using Adobe Illustrator.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding revisions, clarification requests, recommendations, and production concerns.
Support production teams by ensuring artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency across all customer orders.
Utilize AI-assisted workflows and internal productivity tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and maintain high-quality output.
Meet daily productivity targets while balancing speed, precision, and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, with Adobe Photoshop experience considered an advantage.
Experience reviewing, editing, or preparing production artwork or vector graphics for print production.
Basic understanding of garment decoration methods, print production processes, and artwork preparation best practices.
Ability to identify and resolve production issues involving artwork quality, sizing, positioning, and print feasibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional English proficiency.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and sound problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage workload independently, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a remote environment.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, asking clarifying questions, and incorporating feedback.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design or productivity tools is considered a plus.
Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and dependable power supply suitable for remote work.
Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
