What you'll do

Animate brand assets to showcase product functionality and value.
Operate within rapid sprint cycles, using weekly performance data to iterate and improve future creative output.
Develop high-quality assets for YouTube, focusing on retention and storytelling.
Edit raw creator and user-generated footage into native-feeling content for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
Balance the production of always-on performance ads with larger brand-focused campaigns.
Assist the broader marketing team with graphic design tasks or campaign support as needed.
Integrate AI tools into your workflow to increase efficiency and creative output.
Requirements

3 to 5 years of professional experience in motion design with a portfolio of live work on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Proficiency in After Effects or Cavalry for end-to-end motion projects.
Competency in video editing using CapCut, Canva Video, or Premiere Pro.
Ability to analyze creative performance data and adjust work without ego.
Experience transforming raw footage into high-performing social media content.
Foundational graphic design skills.
Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English, with an understanding of local cultural nuances.
Nice to have

Active interest in social media trends and platform-specific content strategies.
Habit of experimenting with new AI tools to enhance motion design workflows.
