About the RoleWe are seeking a Regional Marketing Leader for Americas Region with strategic marketing background in either the Semiconductor & Test markets to join our GORE Performance Solutions Division. This individual controbutor role is responsible for defining where to play and how to win—translating customer needs, competitive dynamics, and product capabilities into clear regional marketing strategies that fuel growth.Acting as the voice of the market, the Regional Marketing Leader partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Brand, and a centralized Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure that marketing investments are focused, relevant, and aligned to commercial priorities. This is a senior, high impact role that leads through influence rather than direct authority.This position offers flexible work arrangement options, including on-site at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, hybrid or fully remote in most locations within the United States.Pay and Benefits:$140,000 - $180,000 per yearRoles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.Factors considered in extending an offer within this pay range include (but not limited to) education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.Medical, Dental and Vision benefits effective on Day 1 of employment! More details are available at ResponsibilitiesRegional and end market growth strategy activities including regional marketing strategy, defining segmentation, and identifying growth opportunitiesMarketing brief ownership and prioritization, accountable for marketing briefs and prioritizationValue proposition and positioning translationCampaign and content direction with strategic input, collaborating with marketing COE and ensuring alignmentSales enablement and commercial alignment, partnering with regional sales leadership to align on marketing and supporting launch readinessBudget stewardship and resource alignmentCross-functional leadership in a highly matrixed environment across global maketing leadership, marketing COE, brand and product teams, and regional sales and commercial leadershipRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related technical/engineering fieldMinimum 5 years of commercial marketing experience, specifically in vertical marketing and/or end-market strategy within a B2B products or material science companyProven track record in constructing commercial strategic growth plans and performing market segmentation for complex technical portfoliosDemonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate across a global, non-hierarchical organizationAbility to travel up to 30% for customer site visits, industry events, and local plant internal meetingsDesired QualificationsMBA or graduate degree in a relevant fieldPrior experience in Semiconductor and Test end-marketThis position requires access to export-controlled areas and information.
