Responsibilities
Lead and develop the facilities reliability program.
Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams.
Guide initiatives focused on reliability, maintainability, and failure elimination.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering or as a Reliability Specialist.
Previous experience in a maintenance role (Manager, Supervisor, or Technician) strongly preferred.
Compensation
Competitive pay: $85,000–$95,000 per year.
