Executive Director, US Brand Lead - Oncology Biosimilars

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director US Brand Lead - Oncology Biosimilars to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $262,354 – $355,194 annually
Responsibilities

Lead the US commercial market readiness strategy for ABP 206 and ABP 234
Define strategic priorities, success metrics, and critical milestones for both assets
Establish governance and execution discipline across a matrixed organization
Serve as authority on the biosimilar marketplace and competitive dynamics
Develop and execute differentiated US brand strategies for both assets
Qualifications

Doctorate degree & 6 years of oncology or commercialization experience OR
Master's degree & 10 years of oncology or commercialization experience OR
Bachelor's degree & 12 years of oncology or commercialization experience AND
6 years of managerial experience directly managing people or leading teams
8+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in biopharmaceutical or biotechnology
