Key Responsibilities:

Examine aluminum profiles for defects, surface imperfections, and overall readiness before the coating process.
Position and secure materials onto transport racks using appropriate protective materials to avoid damage during handling and shipment.
Monitor and adjust chemical treatment systems to ensure proper temperatures, mixture levels, and process performance.
Use crane equipment to move and immerse materials through preparation and treatment stages.
Apply powder coating or paint finishes using spray equipment while maintaining appearance and quality standards.
Conduct visual quality checks to verify finished products meet company specifications.
Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Ability to work effectively with coworkers in a fast-paced production setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Capable of standing for extended periods and handling materials safely throughout the shift.
Dependable with the flexibility to work early start times.
